About the Role
Job Requirements:
- Use AUTOCAD system to draw construction shop drawing
- Provide support on daily operation activities which including office upkeep/maintenance
- Coordinate work arrangement with internal & external stakeholders
- General office support
- Handle sensitive information in confidential manner
- Develop & update administrative systems to make them more efficient
- Documentation and simple processing duties
- Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements, and sequencing project elements.
- Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems
- Knowledge of MS office
- Proactive & able to work
