Core Responsibilities
Integration Development
- Design, develop, and maintain healthcare data integrations using HL7 v2.x, FHIR, and API-based standards to enable interoperability between EHR/EMR systems, laboratory information systems, radiology platforms, and third-party clinical applications.
- Build and manage interface channels using integration engines such as Mirth Connect, CorePoint, Cloverleaf, or similar platforms – including message routing, data transformation, error handling, and monitoring – to ensure reliable data exchange across healthcare systems.
- Write and maintain SQL scripts to support interface mapping requirements, including crosswalk tables, correlation logic, and lookup configurations within integration engine environments; document underlying database structures to support long‑term maintainability and knowledge transfer.
