About the Role
The Interface Coordinator is responsible for the structured management of all project interfaces across the project lifecycle, from proposal and engineering through construction, integration, commissioning, and offshore start‑up. The role ensures seamless coordination between multi‑disciplinary engineering teams, vendors, shipyards, offshore teams, and the COMPANY, proactively identifying and resolving interface risks to support COMPANY's safe, high‑quality, and on‑time delivery commitments.
Key Responsibilities
Interface Management Framework Establish, implement, and maintain the Interface Management Plan (IMP) in accordance with COMPANY project procedures. Identify, define, and manage internal and external interfaces, including engineering, vendor, yard, module, marine, and client interfaces. Develop and maintain the Interface Register, ensuring clear ownership, responsibilities, and timely action closure.
