Responsibilities

Convert lead/quotes to sales in terms of the minimum quantity and quality targets that are in place, including but not limited to:

• Minimum monthly premium written
• Average premium value
• Nett conversion ratio of quotes to sales
• Facility quality target
• Cancellation ratio
