Integration Test Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct hands‑on field testing of robotic pool cleaners and robotic lawn mowers in real‑world environments.
• Coordinate with beta testers, guide them through setup and usage, collect structured feedback, and document usability issues.
• Serve as the primary liaison between testers and the internal engineering team, ensuring timely escalation and clear communication of issues.
• Diagnose and report firmware bugs, hardware issues, and design flaws based on testing and user reports.
• Assist in reproducing and isolating bugs, work closely with firmware engineers on logs, edge case behaviours, and performance tracking.
• Track test metrics and maintain organised logs for issue tracking, feedback trends, and user experience summaries.
• Provide actionable feedback to improve product usability, durability, and overall customer satisfaction.
