Integration Specialist

Let’s be honest, acquisitions are exciting. They are also occasionally a technical treasure hunt where the treasure is “where are the passwords?” and the map was last updated during a different geological era.

That is where you come in.

We’re looking for an Integration Specialist to help bring newly acquired businesses and clients into the First Focus environment. You’ll work across systems discovery, tool deployment, documentation, migrations, monitoring, and Go-Live readiness, basically helping turn “newly acquired technical mystery box” into “supported, secure, visible, and not held together by one heroic spreadsheet.”

You’ll need strong working knowledge of core MSP systems like RMM, antivirus, monitoring, backup, documentation platforms, remote access tools, and secure credential management.
