We are currently seeking a Integration Specialist to join our team in Guadalajara, México (MX-MEX), Mexico (MX).
**INTEGRATION ANALYST**
- Meet with business stakeholders and gather Integration Requirements.
- Develop Integration Design documents which are passed off to the development teams for build.
- Manage and Prioritize the backlog of enhancements, implementations, and production support tasks for the integration team.
- Develop integrations for both EDI and API processes within an integration platform as a service (iPaaS).
- Manage incidents as related to all integrations (investigation, troubleshooting, escalation, resolution, reporting and analysis of incidents)
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to gather integration requirements, understand the system and business processes, and collaborate to implement a solution.
- Develop integration test cases and manage the testing process for the integration teams.
