About the Role
The Integration Lead will direct the design, planning, and execution of integration activities for a large-scale Microsoft-based modernization effort. This role ensures secure, reliable, and scalable data exchange across internal and external systems and supports business processes through modern integration patterns and cloud technologies. In the early phase, the Integration Lead will partner with stakeholders, architects, application teams, and external partners to assess current interfaces, map system dependencies, and shape the integration strategy and roadmap. The role will define requirements, establish interface agreements, and identify key risks and dependencies. During the execution phase, the Integration Lead will guide integration engineers and developers implementing APIs, messaging, workflows, and system interfaces.
