About the Role
Emanate Technology is partnering with a leading defence organisation to recruit an Integration Engineering Team Lead, supporting the delivery of advanced, mission-critical capabilities across land, air, and maritime domains.

The role is accountable for leading and governing system integration activities across complex, high-security engineering programs, ensuring solutions are effectively integrated, technically sound, and delivered in line with lifecycle requirements.

Owning the planning and execution of integration and Set to Work activities, this role brings together mission and support system elements into a fully operational capability across both integration facilities and deployed environments. You will work closely with verification, validation, and multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure seamless system delivery through to acceptance and sustainment.
