Integrated Vegetation Management Supervisor

Position Summary

Seasonal, full‑time Integrated Vegetation Field Supervisor Seasons: spring 2026, Reports To: Project Manager, at Spectrum Resource Group, a business unit of Wright Canada Holdings.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of IVM crew leads, ensuring that tasks are performed efficiently, safely, and according to established procedures.
• Ensure accurate completion of administrative duties such as payroll tracking, production tracking, equipment inspection and maintenance, drills, safety documents, and production reports.
• Plan daily and weekly logistics for the assigned teams before the work begins and inspect your team’s work in conjunction with contract requirements.
• Work with crew on sites daily and assist crews with daily operations.
• Motivate and inspire those on your team to perform to their fullest potential.
