Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Lead

The Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Lead is responsible for planning, developing, and managing all ILS activities across programs (especially Defence) to ensure systems, vehicles, equipment, and platforms achieve required operational availability, maintainability, reliability, and lifecycle supportability.

This role ensures the delivered system can be effectively operated, maintained, repaired, and sustained throughout its service life in accordance with customer requirements.

The ILS Lead works closely with engineering, operations, field support, supply chain, quality, training, and customers to establish a complete support ecosystem from design phase through in‑service support.
