Coordinate the end-to-end intake of new business requests, ensuring all submissions are complete, well defined, and aligned to the intake framework. Act as the primary liaison between requesters and IT Business Partners to clarify requirements, priorities, impacts, and urgency. Maintain and continuously update the demand pipeline with accurate status, categorization (BAU, non-BAU), and sequencing.
About the Role
1. Purpose of the Role
The PMO Analyst/Support role is responsible for coordinating the end-to-end intake of new business requests, maintaining the demand pipeline, preparing governance materials, and supporting prioritisation and decision-making processes across the IT portfolio. The role acts as a key liaison between business requesters and IT Business Partners, ensuring clarity, consistency, and strong governance discipline throughout the intake and triage lifecycle.
