Role Description

We are seeking a warm, highly organized Intake Coordinator to be the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients and to own our intake process from the first call to the signed retainer. Working closely with our lawyers and clerks, you will handle phone calls, emails, and online inquiries; conduct initial screenings; gather and enter client information; schedule consultations; and prepare files for review.
