Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Techno-Functional Analyst to support ongoing HR systems initiatives. This role requires a robust blend of functional expertise and technical understanding within the SuccessFactors ecosystem, particularly Employee Central and its related modules.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Strong techno-functional expertise in EC (configuration + basic technical understanding)
• At least one or more current SAP SuccessFactors certifications in:
  • Employee Central Core (preferred)
  • Recruiting
  • Performance Management
  • Succession Management
• Experience working in end-to-end implementations or support projects
• Strong understanding of HR business processes and data structures
