We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Insurance Virtual Assistant with active Applied EPIC experience to support Personal and Commercial Lines operations.
This role is strictly for candidates currently using Applied EPIC in a daily workflow. The selected candidate will handle renewal processing, policy checking, cancellation management, document filing, and EPIC data cleanup under licensed Account Manager supervision.
This is a full-time, dedicated role supporting a US insurance agency during Pacific Standard Time business hours. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced insurance environment with strict compliance procedures and documentation standards.
This role is office-based only.
