About the Role
Reporting to a Team Leader, Broker Services, you will provide superior customer service when assisting Brokers and internal stakeholders with Guidewire related inquiries and processing. Your responsibilities include data entry support, processing transactions not enabled by broker self‑service functionality (letters of experience, returned mail, cancellations, etc.) in accordance with underwriting guidelines and authority, reviewing and assessing risk for acceptability in lower complexity scenarios, ensuring adherence to underwriting guidelines and authority on all inquiries and transactions, and consulting with appropriate escalation contacts for inquiries outside established authority levels.
