About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Process motor insurance applications, renewals, cancellations, and endorsements
  • Prepare, verify, and maintain insurance-related documentation and records
  • Liaise with insurance companies, workshops, customers, and internal teams on claims and policy matters
  • Follow up on outstanding documents, claim statuses, and approvals
