Actalent is currently seeking a qualified Instructional Designer for a position in Vancouver, WA.
This Instructional Designer position supports and assists the Technical Training (TFBT) organization at Bonneville Power Administration (BPA). Transmission Field (TF) Services is responsible for managing field operations, maintenance, and construction of BPA’s high-voltage electrical transmission system. TFBT coordinates present, future, and continuing education training needs for electrical apprentices, electrical crafts trainees, PSC, SPC, Labs, Data Systems and Instrumentation, non-electrical craft apprentices, and fully qualified journeyman and craftsmen of the preceding trades/disciplines.
RESPONSIBILITES INCLUDE:
+ Consult with BPA Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and access sensitive information such as Bulk Electric System (BES) Diagrams, equipment descriptions/pictures, specific technical systems operations, and locations to:
