About the Role
As an L&D Methodologist, you will play a key role in strengthening how learning is designed, delivered, and measured across multiple business units at Salmon, including Customer Support, POS, and Deposits/Telesales.
We are hiring for multiple L&D Methodologist positions, supporting different teams:
- Customer Support
- POS (Sales)
- Deposits/Telesales
This role goes beyond creating training materials — it’s about building structured, practical, and outcome-driven learning experiences that directly impact business performance. You will work closely with trainers, team leads, and stakeholders to ensure training is clear, effective, and aligned with real operational needs.
