Reporting to the Manager, Learning Centre, the Instructional Designer develops accessible, engaging, and high-quality learning experiences across in-person, blended, and online formats that align with organizational priorities. You will work with subject matter experts and internal teams to design learning solutions that are practical, inclusive, and aligned with adult education principles. From needs assessments to content creation, your work will help equip employees with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed.
