Summary You will serve as an Installation Training Officer in the Commander Navy Installations Command of NAVSTA GTMO, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Responsibilities You will advise, counsel, or instruct employees on work or administrative matters. You will conduct negotiations to settle matters involving significant or controversial issues. You will coordinate with staff on an international training program. You will plan and organize customer reviews to verify that customer requirements are being followed. You will advise stakeholders on processes, technical standards, and methodologies to use to solve installation issues or challenges. You will collaborate with other organizations to develop training in technical data management processes and techniques.
