Inspector Landscape

Responsibilities

• Ensure the contractors compliance with landscape-related specifications standards approved drawings and contract documents.
• Supervise and inspect all landscape works including softscape hardscape irrigation systems and associated infrastructure elements as directed by the Resident Engineer (RE) or Assistant Resident Engineer (ARE).
• Monitor daily site activities related to planting soil preparation grading irrigation installation hardscape works and landscape furniture.
• Maintain accurate records of contractor manpower equipment materials delivered and daily progress for all landscape works.
• Review and verify materials and plant species delivered to site ensuring compliance with approved submittals and project specifications.
• Liaise and coordinate daily with the contractor to ensure adequate resource allocation proper implementation of health and safety measures and adherence to the planned schedule.
