Lead the Personal Debt Solutions team as BDO's Insolvency Counselling Manager anywhere in Canada. Oversee exceptional client-focused insolvency services while managing and mentoring your team.
This key leadership role requires a strong focus on counselling, with responsibilities including conducting sessions and managing operations. The successful candidate will utilize extensive knowledge of insolvency legislation and demonstrate effective leadership and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct up to six client counselling sessions daily
• Monitor team workload and ensure timely task completion
• Ensure compliance with the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act
• Resolve complex client and creditor issues professionally
• Communicate expectations and operational objectives clearly
