Insights Manager

As an Insights Manager, you will work with a team of industry insights experts to support clients with business‑decision analysis and insights on industries, markets, and consumers using NIQ data and tools.

Responsibilities

• Master proprietary NIQ tools and metrics to solve clients' business questions.
• Work closely with CS Consultants to transform customer experience.
• During briefing sessions, independently respond to business questions and develop analytical outlines that leverage multiple NIQ solutions into a cohesive story.
• Simplify and visualize data, translating numbers into compelling stories with actionable recommendations.
• Prepare and present insights following Academy Silver-level standards, using SCQA and AP efficiently.
• Drive customer satisfaction through the delivery of relevant and impactful insights.
