Inside Sales

We have an opening for Inside Sales at our Winnipeg Plumbing location.

What you will do

• Communicate with customers primarily by phone and email.
• Provide timely quotations and accurate order processing and delivery.
• Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability, or specifications.
• Process customer transactions such as orders and returns.
• Educate customers about features and benefits of products to improve product‑related sales and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate with Outside Sales people to update customer contracts and coordinate deliveries.
• Assist with select returns and warranties.
• Prepare small to medium size job quotations.
• Provide phone and email quotes to customers.
• Source and price products as per quote request.
• Maintain records of job quotes.
• Other duties/responsibilities as assigned.
