Key Responsibilities

SALES DEVELOPMENT (50%):

  • Conduct outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach)
  • Identify and qualify potential clients
  • Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers
  • Set meetings and appointments for RMs
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Meet or exceed monthly KPIs and lead generation target

SALES ADMINISTRATION (50%):

  • Prepare and maintain sales reports and trackers
  • Update and manage CRM systems and prospect database
  • Coordinate with internal teams (finance, operations, customer care)
  • Monitor installations status and support sales execution

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or sales support roles
