Inside Sales Representative - Steel (Montreal)

Job description

We are hiring for our partner, and were currently looking for an inside sales representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Support outside sales representatives in managing customer accounts
• Prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up on deliveries
• Respond to customer inquiries (pricing, availability, technical specifications)
• Maintain up-to-date customer records and ensure excellent after‑sales service
• Act as a key support resource for the field sales team

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in the steel industry or metal products industry (essential)
• Experience in sales support and direct customer interaction
• Robust communication and customer service skills
• Bilingual French / English (spoken and written)
• Self‑motivated, organized, and results‑oriented
