The Inside Sales Representative
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for managing and growing assigned customer accounts through proactive sales activities conducted remotely (phone, email, virtual meetings). This role focuses on customer retention, upselling, cross‑selling, and generating new revenue while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining accurate account records.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Channel Revenue Growth- Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned reseller accounts
- Drive sales of technology products such as computer peripherals, servers, networking, storage, software licenses, cloud services, and cybersecurity solutions via outbound calls, emails and Ingram Micro own digital platforms
- Identify upsell, cross‑sell, and refresh opportunities within existing accounts
- Support deal registration, vendor programs, rebates, and promotions
