- Lead Generation and Qualification:
- Prospecting potential clients by telephone, emails, and social channels
- Qualify and verify leads by assessing needs, requirements, budget, and collaboration
- Consistent and professional communications with prospects
- Understand needs and requirements of prospects
- Product Presentation and Demos:
- Conduct virtual product demos
- Walk-through of special features, product advantages, and product fit
- Familiarize with product features, operation, and functioning
- Keep updated on new technologies, offerings of competitors, and industry trends
- Sales Activities Monitoring:
- Timely update CRM to ensure accurate recording of Sales activities
- Track sales activities and assist in converting prospects to actual sales
- Maintain documentation of sales activities
