About the Role
JOB PURPOSE
The Inside Sales Executive serves as the primary internal sales contact for assigned accounts. This role is responsible for managing customer inquiries in a timely manner and driving sales through exceptional service, proactive communication, and effective coordination with cross-functional teams.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Meet or exceed established KPIs.
- Drive sales through prompt, accurate, and timely RFQ responses and quotation follow-up (BG quotes).
- Proactively manage Backlog and BIM activities in partnership with Customer Service (CS) and Outside Sales Representatives (OSR).
- Serve as the operational interface between Outside Sales and all supporting departments to ensure seamless handling of customer inquiries.
- Support the achievement of branch/regional sales goals, objectives, and initiatives.
