About the Role

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Respond to customer sales enquiries received via phone, email, or digital channels, ensuring timely, professional, and solution-oriented communication.
  • Partner closely with Field Sales team to prioritize activities, support proactive selling initiatives, and contribute to key account planning and customer strategies.
  • Identify the most effective replacement part solutions by understanding customer needs and accurately determining correct part numbers.
  • Actively follow up on quotations, support opportunity conversion, and contribute to sales growth.
  • Ensure that purchase orders are commercially complete and accurate before processing for order entry in accordance with relevant procedures.
