Provide strategic management of all aspects of the Compact Cat Equipment sales force to maximize effectiveness, efficiency, and market penetration. Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of Inside Equipment Sales Representatives, ensuring continuous growth in capability and performance. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth in parts, service, and equipment sales. Utilize SalesLink and other CRM tools to support long‑term customer relationship strategies and sales productivity. Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with branch and regional operational managers to ensure seamless support of customer needs. Communicate competitive intelligence, product updates, market trends, and product health and safety information in a timely and effective manner.
