What you will do
- Conduct structured problem and market validation through customer discovery interviews and stakeholder engagement.
- Develop technology if needed – with a product in mind.
- Test and iterate your technology with real‑world users and partners.
- Develop a compelling business model and go‑to‑market strategy.
- Prepare for external investment, spin‑out formation, or other commercialization pathways.
- Participate in program activities, coaching sessions, and the peer community (e.g., trade fair, Business Generator workshops, events at The Founder House Helsinki).
