About the Role
Join us at Barclays as part of Innovation Operations & Delivery, where you’ll support key strategic initiatives—from Proof of Concept delivery to governance of our innovation sandbox. You’ll help keep multiple PoCs and BAU processes running smoothly, ensuring efficient, compliant, and high‑impact innovation across the organisation.
Key Experience
- Innovation Delivery, Governance & PoC Oversight
- Technical Understanding – strong technical fluency across emerging technologies, including AI, and practical understanding of operating within public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Governance & Reporting – solid grasp of Barclays control framework including data management, legal, and compliance controls, enabling clear, accurate, and governance‑aligned operational reporting.
