Your day at NTT DATA

El/la Ingeniero/a de Implementación L3 provee soporte técnico a nuestro clientes. Esto incluye la asistencia remota a clientes dentro de los acuerdos de nivel de servicio (SLA); instalar y configurar software y hardware, resolver incidentes, realizar análisis de causa raíz y adherirse a cualquier proceso relacionado, como la gestión de cambios.
