Middleware Knowledge is a must with having Tomat , Apache and strong linux application support analyst with middleware experience 4 to 7 years of experience is required |
| Understanding of Web Request on above Web Servers |
| Would be required to support release application fixes and major/minor releases |
| Need to possess diagnosing and solving software faults skill |
| Responsible to report and track post product bugs, fixes and enhancement related along with product development team |
| Responsible to work on updating incident, remediation task, Problem root cause analysis task in ServiceNow application |
| Required to participate in Change management activities |
