Infrastructure Engineer

Our client is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join their IT Service Operations team. This hands-on role is responsible for supporting and enhancing core infrastructure, Microsoft 365 services, network operations, and security platforms. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering secure, reliable, and high-performing IT services while contributing to infrastructure projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Administer and support Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Entra ID, and Intune. Manage Windows and Linux servers, virtualisation platforms, and cloud infrastructure. Support networking and firewall technologies, including Cisco and Palo Alto solutions. Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, network, and Microsoft 365 issues.
