About the Role
As part of the worldwide system and software development, deployment and support team, your role is to:
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage Server Setup process for software installation servers worldwide.
- Provide level 2 support to help desk, HP factories, labs, and partners, for issues related to software installation, connectivity and infrastructure.
- Provide solution within defined Service Level Agreement (SLA) and assist in issue resolution or escalation if needed.
- Define and measure metrics to optimize results.
- Ensure support processes are documented and followed.
- Define and implement improvements as needed.
