IT Technical Support
- Delivers reliable IT Technical Support, overseeing equipment and digital subscriptions to maintain efficient and uninterrupted production operations
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of IT Technical Support experience in PABX, cPanel, mail servers, NAS, CCTV systems, network infrastructure, Windows operating systems, system configuration, and PC troubleshooting
- Manage the ticketing system, ensuring an efficient workflow that supports the management of technical gear across inventory, maintenance, and deployment
- Strong data management, including backups, file organization, and digital subscription
- Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, solutions-driven, and committed to continuous learnings
