Responsibilities
- Daily support across SFCC and Shopify, configuration checks, content updates, and data validation
- Front-end work from briefs and designs: HTML, CSS, JS across four brand storefronts
- UAT testing for new features, campaigns, and releases
- Timely campaign and promo builds
- Logging, tracking, and following up issues with vendors or internal teams
Integration & Operations
- Monitors and validates data flows between systems such as OMS, ERP/SAP, MuleSoft, and 3PL.
- Assists in investigating order, customer, and inventory issues as they arise.
- Provides support for CRM platforms, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and Capillary.
- Works within a version-controlled workflow, including branching, pull requests, and code reviews prior to deployment.
