Responsibilities

  • Provide direction and oversight to the IT Client Success team, including Implementation Specialists.
  • Maintain direct accountability for client relationships, outcomes, and overall satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for client implementations.
  • Act as a hands-on backup when needed to ensure continuity, quality, and timely delivery of IT solutions.
  • Partner closely with internal IT, Security, Sales, and Client Services teams.
