Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and priorities
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, and job platforms
• Screen and qualify candidates effectively
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing hiring needs

Required Skills & Experience

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in IT/Technical Recruiting
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening capabilities
• Solid understanding of tech roles (developers, cloud, data, etc.)
• Ability to manage multiple roles and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills with an ownership mindset
