Information Technology Manager

Overview

We are looking for an IT Support Officer to assist in maintaining and supporting the IT infrastructure of our production units in Sialkot. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with basic IT knowledge who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The candidate will work under the guidance of senior team members to ensure network uptime, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and support production floor systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor firewalls, WiFi access points, LAN, and WAN connectivity.
• Help maintain 99.9% uptime on production floor networks under supervision.
• Support basic VLAN, subnetting, and VPN configurations.
• Report ISP link issues and assist in failover testing.

Systems Administration Support

• Perform routine checks on Windows Server (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP) and Linux servers.
