Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Informatica SaaS Customer 360 (C360) solutions for customer master data management.
- Configure and customize Cloud Application Integration (CAI) workflows, APIs, and integrations.
- Implement and maintain Master Data Management (MDM) processes including data consolidation, matching, merging, and governance.
- Configure and optimize Survivorship Models , matching rules, and hierarchy management.
- Perform Survivorship Model tuning to improve data accuracy and quality.
- Work extensively on Informatica Data Quality Analysis , profiling, cleansing, standardization, and validation.
- Develop integrations between Informatica C360 and enterprise applications such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, and other cloud platforms.
