Overview

Infor M3 MFG Consultant — Guadalajara, Mexico (Hybrid). 12 months+ Contract with possible extension.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Clients: Work with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with Infor WFM functionality.
• System Design and Configuration: Design and configure Infor WFM solutions to meet client needs, including modules such as Time & Attendance, Multi-View Scheduler, and more.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the solution meets client expectations.
• User Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to end-users to ensure effective use of the system.
• Project Management: Oversee implementation projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Documentation: Prepare detailed documentation for business processes, system configurations, and user guides.
