The role will be based in our site in Cholet, France, and a consistent presence on the plant is strictly required.
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the project managers of the ‘Equipment’ stream (machines, molds, flows), ensuring alignment, consistency, and synergy with the other projects and initiatives of the other streams. As a project coordinator, the position holder fully integrates HSE requirements and ensures their rigorous application.
Take full accountability for achieving targeted savings and delivering on initiatives. Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs)vs. Targets. Investigate for corrective actions and escalate when needed
Actively participate in the Master Plan committee and lead the “Obeya room” sessions for project tracking and progress reviews.
