Industrial Preconstruction Manager

Responsibilities Brasfield & Gorrie has an exciting opportunity for an Industrial Preconstruction Manager to help lead our Industrial group. Responsibilities and Essential Duties include the following (other duties may be assigned): Multiple years of experience in managing the construction or estimating construction costs for water and/or waste water treatment plants or similar facilities. Knowledgeable about construction approach of building water and/or waste water treatment plants or similar facilities. Experience in leading estimates or major components of estimates. Experience in developing costs for self-perform work including, but not limited to, cast-in-place concrete, structure excavation and other earthwork scopes, above and below ground piping systems, and process equipment installation.
