Industrial Maintenance Technician

Overview

We are a stable, growth-oriented manufacturing company seeking an experienced Electromechanical Maintenance Technician to support the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial equipment and plant systems.

This role is ideal for a hands-on technician with strong electrical, mechanical, and controls expertise who thrives in a structured, fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Compensation

• Hourly Pay: $42.45 – $45.31 (based on experience)
• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus (upon successful hire)
• Shift Differential: $3.25/hour (if applicable)
• Annual wage increases

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, electronic, and PLC-controlled systems on industrial machinery
