Job Summary

The Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing frontline maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of plant equipment to support production operations. This role performs a combination of mechanical and basic electrical maintenance tasks, including equipment repair, lubrication, and component replacement. The General Craftsman works closely with operations and maintenance teams to maintain equipment reliability, assist with instrumentation installation, and ensure safety procedures are followed. This position requires strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to prioritize maintenance tasks, and the capability to work independently once trained.
