About the Role
The Industrial Engineering Manager is responsible for planning, designing, implementing, and managing integrated production and service delivery systems across multiple manufacturing sites. This role ensures performance, reliability, maintainability, schedule adherence, and cost efficiency throughout the region.
The position requires strong experience in multi-site environments , including mechanical and electronic manufacturing , as well as expertise in manufacturing project design and implementation . The ideal candidate will have a background in Industrial Engineering and conversational English proficiency , with a strong focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
